Position: Technical Customer Services Engineer
Benefits: Competitive salary, Private pension, Annual uncapped bonus as part of profit share scheme
The Role:
We have an opportunity for a passionate and hardworking Customer Services Engineer to join our business, this person will need to be a driven, have the ability to manage multiple projects, a keen eye for details and knowledge of product testing.
Responsibilities:
  • Answering and resolving customer queries on the technical helpline, including fault finding over the telephone.
  • Logging and resolving customer technical / product complaints, recording actions and outcome.
  • Investigating product problems and report findings in ways understood by technical and non-technical customers (both internal and external)
  • Providing technical support to internal sales teams and external sales force.
  • Liaising with factories and suppliers to collate all product information with the aim of:
    • Writing product data sheets and updating templates.
    • Writing of product instructions.
    • Creating product labels
    • Requesting test certificates
  • Managing the technical databases and records. Technical development of new products, including:
    • Assessing products meet a pre agreed product specification.
      • The product spec will be agreed with GM and new products team
    • Ensuring they comply with the relevant directive and their standards.
      • This will be determined from checking certificates supplied by the factory
  • Assist with packaging design, including labels.
  • Updating technical databases and records with latest copies of certification.
  • Goods inwards inspections, determining product to be inspected and recording outcome in line with the company’s ISO processes.
  • Assisting with developing product training for sales staff.

Position: Area Sales Manager/Key Account Manager

Area: South East (excluding London)

The Role:
We have an opportunity for a passionate and hardworking Area Sales Manager to join our business in the South East of England as a field-based key account manager. The individual will be a self-starter, someone who is confident and driven to succeed.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing and growing a network of key accounts within the electrical wholesale marketplace in order to exceed monthly and annual KPIs. You will be given training and guidance to help you success in the role.

The Role:
Brackenheath Briticent are looking to hire a driven and ambitious individual to maintain and develop key customer accounts across Scotland. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will possess a good level of commercial awareness. The individual must be passionate about building relationships with clients in order to bring about positive results. Sales experience is desired, but not essential.
